Veteran actor joins 'Sara' director new cinematic project

Ali Nasiriyan, star of ifilm series 'Mankind’s Land', has joined new cinematic project by 'Sara' director.

The veteran Iranian actor signed on to appear in Dariush Mehrjouee’s new offering counted as the sixth collaboration between the great artists. 

The actor will appear before Mehrjouee’s camera in a flick titled ‘A Minor’, produced by Reza Dormishian.

A few decades ago, Nasiriyan lost the chance to star in one of the hit movies ‘The Tenants’ by Mehrjouee due to shooting for ‘Captain Khorshid’ film.

ifilm has aired a fair number of movies and series by Nasiriyan such as ‘Truth Revealed’ and ‘Mirza Nowruz’s Shoes’.

Most recently, the channel brought Mehrjouee’s ‘Sara’ to ifilmers a masterpiece that follows the story of  a young woman who borrows money from her husband’s friend to take her spouse abroad for life-saving medical treatment.

Upon her return to Iran, Sara decides to work hard to pay back the money, but things don’t turn out the way she had expected.
